大年初二，是拜年的日子。“亲眷人家去拜年，东家留吃饭，西家摆酒宴。”老话说，无酒不成席，亲朋好友聚在一起，总免不了要喝上几杯。现代人喝酒追求的是畅快、尽兴，对于喝什么酒、怎么喝，没有什么特别的规矩。但其实在古代，人们过年喝的酒还是有很多讲究的，今天我们就一起看看按照古人们的习俗过年都要喝哪些酒吧。

隔座送钩春酒暖，分曹射覆蜡灯红

北周诗人庾信在《正旦蒙赵王赉酒》一诗中写道：正旦辟恶酒，新年长命杯。柏叶随铭至，椒花逐颂来。诗中点出了过年饮酒除了欢庆佳节外，还有祛除恶秽、保佑长寿的作用。所以古时人们过春节，都要喝一些用中药浸泡的保健酒,名为“春酒”。饮春酒前，还要致新年祝辞，表达美好的新年祝愿。

爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏

相传，屠苏酒是汉代的名医华佗创制的，这种药具有益气温阳、祛风散寒、避除疫疬之邪的功效。此酒后由唐代名医孙思邈传开，孙思邈每年腊月，总是要分送给众邻乡亲一包药，告诉大家以药泡酒，除夕进饮，可以预防瘟疫。以后，经过历代相传，饮屠苏酒便成为过年的风俗。直到现在，我国的少数地区仍然保留着这一习俗

分岁酒阑扶醉起，阖门一夜齐欢喜

古代除夕之夜还有饮“分岁酒”之说。晋代《风土记》记载：“除夜祭先竣事，长幼聚饮祝颂而散，谓之分岁。”宋人陈善《杭州志》也有：“古有守岁之宴，言为达曙饮也，今至夜分而止，故谓之分岁。”一家人聚在一起饮“分岁酒”，乃是古代除夕非常重要的组成部分。

古人饮酒，更重视酒礼。儒家经典《周礼》、《仪礼》、《礼记》没有一页不提到礼，没有一页不提到酒。虽然现在的人没有古人那么多讲究，但还是应该遵守最起码的酒礼，比如过年喝酒时应该礼让长者、尊者、贤者，饮酒有节制，劝酒不逼酒，畅饮不大醉。酒之趣，在于“雅”。正如《菜根谭》所说：“花看半开，酒饮微醺”，这时才是最美妙的。

亲友相聚，小酌无伤大雅，饮酒过量则容易失态并且伤身。特别要提醒大家的是，只要沾了酒就一定不能开车，愿大家都能度过一个平安快乐的新年。
