Write an essay of 160-200 words based on the following drawing. In your essay, you should

1. describe the drawing briefly,

2. interpret its intended meaning, and then

3. give your comments.

审题及提纲

图画内容看似简单，但寓意深远。长颈鹿仰仗自己的身高优势，嘲笑绵羊吃不到树上部的叶子。绵羊则利用自己身材矮小的优势予以回击，指出长颈鹿吃不到栏杆外的草。显然，两只动物的对话揭示了图画的主题：每个人都有自己的独特之处，但是以己之长攻他人所短是不可取的。鉴于两只动物的言语具有相互针对性，切莫将图画主题解读为朋友之间的相处之道等内容，造成偏题。

第一段：描述图画。图中最关键的信息是长颈鹿与绵羊的对话，考生在描述图画内容时，千万不能本末倒置，对于太阳、鸟等不必要的信息应果断舍弃。

第二段：揭示寓意，充分延展。首先点明图画所蕴含的深意，接着可联系现实情况论证自己的观点，最后通过举例进一步说明。

第三段：总结评论。重申主题，并进一步阐述怎样才算是独一无二的人，以引发读者的思考。

Inside the fence, a giraffe proudly tells a sheep that he can eat the leaves at the top of the tree while the sheep cannot. Nevertheless, the sheep, not to be outdone, claims that he is able to get through the hole in the fence and eat the grass outside while the giraffe cannot.

The real life makes us realize that even with our faults—and there are seemingly many—we are unique and irreplaceable. People should not tilt at others? shortcomings with their strong points, but rather concentrate on their own life journeys to secure a wonderful life. Based on this, every person plays a different and unique role within his or her community and in the society as a whole. Apart from the skills they bring to that role, they also bring their personalities and God-given gifts that are uniquely their own. For instance, there is no substitute for every single employee because they not only carry deep institutional culture of the company, but also influence their colleagues with their own personalities.

You are not replaceable, no matter what others say or what you may think. However, you should bear in mind: only those who integrate knowledge, innovation and strategy as a whole are unique and irreplaceable, while those who are sated with food and remain idle will fall behind the development of the times one day.
